The Junior League of Greater Orlando Announces New Membership Provisional Program – Now Accepting New Members

The Junior League of Greater Orlando introduces their new Provisional membership pilot program for the
2023-2024 league year.

ORLANDO, FLA. – –
The Junior League of Greater Orlando (JLGO) is now accepting new member applications for the
2023-2024 league year. The newly revamped Provisional Education pilot program will accept new
member applications on a rolling admissions schedule, into Fall or Spring programs. Once accepted new
members are required to complete 2 half day retreat style training classes to be eligible for active
membership.

The JLGO’s Provisional Education program focuses on developing the civic leadership potential of its
members while also providing opportunities for volunteerism and improving the community. The
Provisional Education program introduces members to the mission, vision, values, and goals of the JLGO.
Provisionals will have the opportunity to learn about our current community focus area including our
community programs, fundraisers and leadership training.

The JLGO welcomes women of all races, religions, and national origins who demonstrate a commitment
to volunteerism. Applicants should also be 21 years of age or older (there is no maximum age), reside in
the greater Orlando area, and demonstrate an interest in developing their civic leadership potential.
