Organizational Development Institute (ODI) Conferences are AJLI leadership development trainings that provide Junior League members with mission-based training in key areas critical to the healthy functioning of a League. At ODIs, delegates build organizational capacity by learning about a variety of topics. As the February ODI host League, volunteer opportunities for JLGO members will be provided on the website’s DIAD calendar.
